Fill out the puppy application below. This helps us understand your lifestyle, home environment, and what you're looking for in a companion.

We Review & Connect

We review every application personally. If we feel it's a good match, we'll reach out to schedule a conversation and discuss available or upcoming puppies. You will either match with a puppy we have ready or be added to our waitlist.

Reserve Your Puppy

Once we've matched you with the right puppy, a deposit reserves your pick. We'll keep you updated with photos and milestones until your puppy is ready to come home. If we don't have a match for you right now, a deposit secures your spot on our waitlist.

Welcome Home

At 8 weeks, your Noble puppy goes home with their health records, puppy pack, and our full support. Our relationship doesn't end at pickup — we're here for the life of your dog.

Puppy Application

Are you ready for a puppy now? Please apply below if you would like to pay via Venmo, or apply on our Good Dog profile (please use this referral link only) where we can accept ACH bank transfer, process card payments, and accept financing/payment plans through Klarna. We require a $250 non-refundable to hold a specific puppy.

If you'd like to be considered for our waitlist, please complete the application below. Try to fill out all fields as completely as possible. This helps us find the best match for you and your family. In order to secure a spot on our waitlist we do require a $25 non-refundable deposit, that will go toward the cost of your future puppy. We accept deposits via Good Dog (we will send a payment link) or Venmo.

Share anything that helps us understand your lifestyle, what you're looking for in a companion, and why a Noble Shih Tzu is the right fit for you. Ex: do you live in an apartment or house, do you rent or own, do you have a fenced yard? Share what your typical schedule looks like (do you work outside the home, how many hours a day will your dog be left alone, where will they be during the day, where will they sleep at night, etc.). Please share the ages of all children in the home, if any, and the species, breed, and age of other pets in the home.

What qualities are you looking for in a puppy (temperament, personality, etc)? Let us know if you're looking for a walking buddy, an extreme cuddler, your hobbies and interests, or anything else you think we should know. *
